Shipping
We ship items on Monday and Friday each week.
All Tie Dye is made to order may take a little longer, generally no longer than 14 days
Lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received.
Approximate Postage charges:
Up to 500g - $10.50
500g - 1kg - $13.50
1kg - 3kgs - $15.00
3kgs and over - $20.00
RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please use a trackable shipping service.
To return an item, please email us at info@rainbowgypsy.com.au
We will email you the return address. Just pop your name and order number in the email when sending it back. Make sure it is received within 7 days of us saying yes to your Return Request!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:-
We do not offer a refund on sale products.
REFUNDS FOR CHANGE OF MIND
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to exchange your items due to the wrong size, etc.. Please note You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
FAULTY ITEMS
If you think you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at info@rainbowgypsy.com.au and we will organise a replacement or a refund.
TIE DYE
Please note that each tie dye is hand made and will not be identical to the pictured item online. Please note there is strictly no refunds of Made to Order Tie Dye
